You are standing in an open field west of a white house...

Jack White has a new band, The Raconteurs. After listening to the samples, I'm not all that impressed. However, their website is pretty cool... for an old geek...

yarr! the website is spiff. now, is this a side project, or is it the end of Meg and Jack? i had heard/read side project. but things might have changed since then. or my eyes read 'side project' when really, it said 'slow destruction of the Stripes from within.' i can never be sure, anymore.
