Solonor's Ink Well

August 03, 2006

Next you'll tell me they're not gonna show next season's Doctor Who!

Grrrr. I hate SciFi. They have such promise, and sometimes they come through with great stuff, but too often they wimp out and go back to their fallback: paranormal crap.

Yes, I'm a little pissed that I waited all week to see Garth Marengi's Darkplace, only to find that they replaced it (after one fricking episode) with a cookie for the moronic masses, Ghost Hunters (one of the stupidest shows on television).

Sorry. That's all the eloquent prose I have for you these summer days.

Dude, Battlestar Galactica is the absolute-best show on any channel. The Stargates kick butt, too.

You MUST watch BG -- it's better than B5.

"Yeah, forget the Odyssey, man -- the Aeneid where it's at!"

And, Solonor, please, not even in sarcastic jest, do *not* post something with that particular headline. Made my heart skip a beat, it did.

Gah! What happened to Scott's site?

Darkplace don't have nuthin' on Who Wants To Be A Superhero! Fat Momma would kick Dagless' anus! Boo-Yah!

Actually, it's a shame since Darkplace had the potential to be even more of a good "bad" show than WWTBAS. And I agree that Ghost Hunters is a steaming pile of ectoplasmic poop.

If you don't see a way to enter a comment, it's not because I don't love you. It's because they have been set to auto-close after 5 days.

Thank you, comment spammers. Thank you to hell.
