Fanboy heart palpitations on maximum!

Not only will George Takei join the cast of Heroes as the father of our favorite time-bending hero, Hiro, but (are you sitting?) Christopher Eccleston is joining the cast in January!

I think I just died.

"Oh my....."

He has been awesome as the official announcer of The Howard Stern Show, since it went to satellite radio this year. Takei has been off the hook when he has been on the show, funny, and naive, and honest, and even more naive. Really able to not take himself very seriously, and have a lot of fun. I'm even more of a fan now than I was when Trek was on.

Maybe I'll have to start watching that damned show now after all, huh?
