White and nerdy? Who? Me?

'tis the season for... The Funny 25 and my annual update to the TOP 100 (or so) DEMENTED HITS (from Funny 25’s).

As opposed to last year's list (which shockingly contained no Weird Al), this year there were three songs from the master thanks to the release of Straight Outta Lynwood. Robert Lund was another star of the countdown, placing three songs as well.

As for the Top 100, "Cows With Guns" by Dana Lyons jumped from 18th to 15th, leaping past Shel Silverstein's "The Smoke Off", Ogden Edsl's "Kinko the Clown" and "Squirrels" by the Beastly Boys. Camille West's "Viagra in the Waters" skipped over Bobby Pickett's "Stardrek" to a 20th place tie with "Another One Rides the Bus". And the two new songs to make the 100 are this year's #1 and #2--"The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny" by Lemon Demon and "You Don't Know Jack" by The Great Luke Ski.

"You're Pitiful" (at #4) is one of my favorite songs; mostly because the *other* song makes me want to buy fire arms and use them...

To be blunt...

Much like viewing H.R. Puffinstuff in the 1970s, listening to "You're Beautiful," by Blunt would be greatly enhanced by the smoking of... A BLUNT!
