Solonor's Ink Well

February 03, 2007

The wind began to switch...the house to pitch...

I got calls from all over the place yesterday wondering if we were flattened from the tornadoes. We're fine. Woke up to some nasty thunderstorm, but they flew by us pretty quickly. Unfortunately, other folks were not quite so lucky.

For reference, here's a map with the damage areas I got from Newsday. I put our location on it.

Too close for comfort, I'd say. I'm glad you are all well.

That is way too close. Way too frickin' close.

We don't have those in Maine, if you recall. {ducking}

If you don't see a way to enter a comment, it's not because I don't love you. It's because they have been set to auto-close after 5 days.

Thank you, comment spammers. Thank you to hell.
