New Owner Takes Over Stars

Orlando, SGCBL League Offices - Welcome Arwen to the league! The Grey Havens Stars are no longer on auto-pilot. In order to make it so the two remaining CPU teams are in different conferences, I am swapping Arwen's team with the Cirith Ungol Spiders.
