Bounders Name Captain

BYWATER - In an interview with MESN, Bywater Bounders owner, Kevin Golding, announced that centerfielder Vorzava Tinond has been named Team Captain.

Tinond, 21, was the team's 5th pick in the recent draft and is a surprising choice, considering this is his first season at a major league level. When asked about this, Golding changed the subject, choosing instead to criticize the spending habits of the Bag End team.

"Ejen way overspent," Golding said. "We'll be teaching the Bombers the value of money on opening day!"
