Elrond Managers of the Year Named

MIDDLE EARTH - Commissioner Rasreth announced the winners of the Elrond Award for Manager of the Year in a news conference on the steps of SGBL headquarters today. The Shire Conference winner was Miz Dos, manager of the team with the most wins in the entire league--the Lonely Mountain Losers. Her hands-off style apparently worked, as her squad racked up 104 wins. In Mordor, the award went to Misty Mountain's Smahsh Ehn'Bahsh. The tough orc skipper was hired in the middle of a failing season for the Hops and managed to take the team to a Wild Card spot in the playoffs. The Hops defeated the Uruk-hai to make it to the Conference Finals, before being beaten by the Valinor Vandals.
