No sweep for Numenor as Series Opens
NUMENOR - The Kings have had their way with opponents this post-season, winning 8-straight games. But in this showdown between Conference Wild Card teams, things don't look to be quite so easy. In Game One, Numenor won the game in the bottom of the 10th inning when Fruron Elvand scored from second on a 2-out single by Elrealob Elrauhil. Elvand reached second after a passed ball by catcher Gidur Fil-Gan. In Game Two, the Fairies handed the Kings their first loss, beating them 9-6 behind the hitting of Kogar Facedragger, who went 3-for-5 with 2 homers and 3 RBI. The series now heads to Buckland for Games 3, 4 and 5.
