Trade rumors surround Belaraviel

SILVAN - A recent look at the league trading block showed one of the strongest talents since Misty Mountain put up "Witch King" Elriawyn for trade bait. Superstar first baseman, Arweogast Belaraviel, is now on the block for a potential deal with the Rangers. Belaraviel, who has been one of the premier players since the start of the league, is making $22.3 million through 2006. The 2-time All-Star was the 1st round draft choice for Bag End (now Silvan) in 2003 and has been among the league leaders in all hitting categories for 2 seasons. In 2003, he won a Legolas Fielder award. Arweogast is number 2 on the career homers list (105) and is the only player ever to hit 4 home runs in a single game (7/10/2003 vs. Wilderland).
Competition for this player should be fierce. There have already been reports of near fisticuffs in a local tavern between the Bree and Mirkwood owners, including shouts of "I saw him first!"
