Mirkwood, Rohan split first two games

ROHAN - The Marauders and RoughRiders split the first 2 games of the Return of the King Series at Rohan. In Game 1, Mirkwood, trying to become the first repeat league champion, handily defeated the Rohirrim, 10-3, behind Curt Ballscarer's 4-hit game. The second game of the set went to Rohan, as a 51 minute rain delay forced the use of 5 different pitchers. But they scattered 10 hits and only gave up 2 runs to defeat the Marauders, 5-2. The series heads to Mirkwood tied 1-1.
