Fairies Snag Top Free Agent

BUCKLEBURY - The Fairies became the first team to sign a free agent this off-season, securing 2003 Frodo Rookie and 3-time All-Star, Pimth Gäldor, to a contract of $12 million per year, for 5 years. Gäldor, 27, was thought to be the top prize in this season's free agent contest, having also won a Legolas Fielder award in LF and earning a .274 average with 132 HR and 375 RBI in his first 4 seasons.
Meanwhile, Carrock picked up SS Bosur Armormaster for a $500,000 annual salary for 3 years. And Rohan inked pitcher Tigzava Táng to a $2 million, 3 year deal.
