Pan-Galactic League Gaining Fans

OMELOS - In the midst of a series of murders and other strange happenings, the SGCBL has another worry: fans are fleeing in droves. Most of them are headed for the rival Pan-Galactic League. After a thrilling championship series and offering incentives like free shuttles between Middle Earth and PGL stadia, the multi-planet confederation of teams is taking business away from the young SGCBL. However, most fans interviewed put security at the top of their list of reasons why they are abandoning Tolkien Baseball. "My family just don't feel safe goin' to the ballpark no more," said one Bywater fan who preferred to remain anonymous. "And with the Bounders bannin' cheese from the park, well, it's just no fun anymore."
