Titans Trade with Fairies

MINAS TIRITH - The Minas Tirith Titans tried to shore up their pitching staff by making a swap with the Fairies. Right fielder, Buugush Badgerdicer, 23, is being sent to Bucklebury in exchange for pitchers Gosin Forgemaster and Christof Worm. Badgerdicer, the 1st round pick for Rohan in 2004, was acquired by the Titans last season in the Rule 5 draft. He possesses a ton of power and will add to an already potent Bucklebury outfield. Forgemaster, 28, spent most of last season at the AAA Mount Taras Nymphs, but missed more than 8 weeks with a shoulder injury. Worm, 27, was taken from Gondor by the Fairies in the Rule 5 draft. He started 35 games for Bucklebury and finished with a 10-11 record, a 4.80 ERA and 180 strikeouts.
