Belebrindil ties Shire triples record

MORIA - Bree's Arwildoc Belebrindil is a triples machine. He is the career leader in triples with 67, outpacing his nearest competitor, teammate Ralin Rockbinder, by nearly 20 three-baggers. On June 16 in a game at Moria, Belebrindil tied Rockbinder's Shire Conference record for triples in a season (14), set in 2006 and matched in 2007. This in just under 70 games. The league record of 15, set by Dead Marshes' Mauhur the Looter in 2005, is within easy striking range of the fleet-footed Belebrindil, who recently became the second player to top 300 career stolen bases, as well.
