Isengard's Elvóldur out for 8-9 weeks
ISENGARD - Isengard's right-hander Myrbis Elvóldur suffered a severe injury on June 21 and will be out for at least 8-9 weeks. In the 8th of the game against Numenor he experienced pain in his throwing arm and had to leave the game. After being taken to a local hospital, Elvóldur was examined by specialists. The diagnosis revealed the sad truth, a Ruptured Elbow Ligament. This season Elvóldur compiled an ERA of 2.37, going 4-2 in 0 starts. He fanned 48 while giving up 30 hits in 38 innings.
