Gwomer Grailas blanks Carrock with a 1-hitter

LAKE TOWN - Gwomer Grailas had some fun again on June 25. Carrock hitters did not. Lake Town's lefty gave up just one hit in his 2nd shutout of the season. He now has 6 career shutouts in 161 games started. Grailas (11-2) struck out 6 and issued 1 BB, throwing 57 of 88 pitches for strikes. 'Today I just felt fine. I had a good feeling while warming up.' Lake Town's catcher Thuralia Nilad collected 2 hits in 3 trips to the plate, blasting a homerun. That was enough to support the brilliant performance of Grailas. Lake Town scored 4 runs on 7 hits.
