Bugbearripper to Bree?

MISTY MTN - Though it hasn't been approved by Hops management, there is a trade in the works that would send Misty Mountain ace, Eralak "Snortin'" Bugbearripper, over to the Cheese for Siltina Gléng and a minor leaguer. Bugbearripper, 33, is on the last year of his contract with the Hops, who are looking to acquire some younger players. A 2-time All-Star, Eralak is 7-3 this season with a 2.91 ERA and 101 strikeouts. He is 7th on the career wins list with 87 and 6th in career strikeouts with 1223. Bree hopes to use him to stay ahead in the Wild Card race during the second half.

To get Bugbearripper, Bree is giving up Gléng, 31, and Vaah Thränd, 25. "Sting" Gléng, who is signed through 2012, has a record of 6-4 with a 5.50 ERA as the number 4 starter for the Cheese. She is 10th all-time in wins with 84 and 12th in strikeouts with 1140. Thränd has bounced around the Bree minors for a number of years and is currently working for the AA Combe Feta.
