Miners and Slayers Trade

MORIA - The Miners sent a pair of pitchers to Minas Morgul in exchange for 1B-OF Earon Denima. Paul Tuller, 28, and Prarg Halflingslobbr, 27, will be joining the dryads for 2009. Tuller has been a reliever in the Moria minor leagues for several years and is a talented left-hander. Halflingslobbr was signed by Wilderland in 2004, claimed off waivers by Rohan in 2008 and traded to Moria in July. He, too, is a reliever who has yet to show his potential. Meanwhile, Denima, 26, is a .300 minor league hitter who can play at first base and in the outfield. He is not very fast, but he has the best instincts on the bases around.
