Minas Morgul starts working on bullpen

Minas Morgul is trying to work on their biggest weakness that reared it's ugly head after a couple injuries to key players. To that end, the Slayers are trying to fix the situation.

They've completed two offseason trades. The first with Bree trading an excess SP prospect Donethirion Donethir in return for RP/SP Shegorn. Shegorn is an enigma that didn't get the job done for Bree, and Minas Morgul decided to take a gamble on him.

The other relievers were brought in by a trade with Moria. Moria took 1B Earon Denima in exchange for a couple project-type players who could become useful should they figure themselves out. RP Prarg Halflingslobbr has been a very slow developer, but scouts still love his potential. RP Paul Tuller has much more work to do in order to be a useful player, and probably will see time in only a case of injury or growth on his part.

It remains unclear if the Slayers will try to find more bullpen solutions either by trade or free agency. K.L. issued a statement saying "we will still listen to offers about relief pitching or starters that could be switched into relievers. We may or may not actively put someone on the trade block, but our eyes and ears are open."
