Rohan free agent signings
ROHAN - The RoughRiders picked up a couple of free agents, including SS Sebur "The Shark" Silverhead for $1.2 million per year for 1 years and pitcher Vabis Thrarawen for $1.7 million per year for 2 years. Silverhead, 37, was a star infielder with Wilderland and Bucklebury. He was released by the Fairies in 2007 and picked up by Old Forest. Last season, he played a utiltity role with the Minas Morgul Slayers. Silverhead's career record is .278 with 80 HR and 355 RBI. Thrarawen, 33, has been a journeyman starter/reliever for Old Forest, Isengard, Minas Morgul and Wilderland.
