Marauders trade Foetooth

MIRKWOOD - Future Hall-of-Famer, Gobur "Rock" Foetooth was traded by the Mirkwood Marauders to the Carrock Bears today. Foetooth, 36, is nearing the end of a storied career that began when he was the 2nd pick of the Cirith Ungol Spiders (now Minas Tirith) in 2003. He went on to become one of the premiere third basemen in the league, winning the Legolas 3 times (2003, 2004 and 2008) and being selected to 3 All-Star teams. He is 8th all-time in Walks (611) and 12th in Runs Scored (619). His career batting average is .276 with 141 HR and 535 RBI. Foetooth and utility infielder Ujjeen "Great" Maker, 27, were swapped with the Bears for prized young pitcher Wayne Bobadilla and outfielder Bognak Shieldsmith.
