Batter of the Month award winners announced

The Shire Conference Batter of the Month award goes to Loopy *Squishmasher, Rivendell's starting third baseman. Loopy was on fire, hitting .382 with 9 homeruns and 24 RBI. Grey Havens' first baseman Golligast Gandulbo had some reason to celebrate as well, as the league named him the Mordor Conference Batter of the Month. Golligast pounded opposing pitchers, hitting .449 with 10 and 28 RBI while slugging .785.
