Torg Shinsnapper blanks Minas Tirith with a 2-hitter

MINAS TIRITH - Great days are rare. But not for Bucklebury's right-hander Torg Shinsnapper. Minas Tirith found out the hard way on May 18 that he is among the leagues top pitchers, getting just 2 hits. It's his 1st shutout this season, and the 4th time he has done it in his career. Shinsnapper (4-3) was overpowering, fanning 10 while walking 2, throwing 106 pitches. 'I hit the corners with all of my pitches. That helped a lot!' Pimth Gäldor helped Shinsnapper at the plate, he finished with 2 hits in 5 AB, hitting a homerun, scoring three times with 4 RBI. Bucklebury scored 16 runs on 20 hits.
