Gomli Forgedelver fires 1-hitter against Moria

LAKE TOWN - It was a great day for Lake Town's right-hander Gomli Forgedelver. The 28-year old recorded his first career shutout, a 1-hitter, against Moria on June 22. Forgedelver (10-4) showed excellent control, walking nobody and fanning 8. 'I was able to keep 'em off balance. That certainly helped.' Thuralia Nilad helped Forgedelver at the plate, he got 2 hits in 4 AB. Lake Town improved its record to 43-31, scoring 2 runs on 3 hits.
