Mirkwood's Faromli earns Batter of the Month award

The Shire Conference's best player of the month was Mirkwood's Galaigast Faromli, who wins the award for the 2nd time in his career. He had an on base percentage of .359 and hit .326, while driving in 25 runs. Faromli has hit for a .272 average this season. He has 30 extra base hits along with 158 total bases, resulting in a .525 slugging percentage. He's 2nd in the Shire Conference in RBIs and 3rd in homeruns! The Batter of the Month award in the Mordor Conference goes to Rohan's Ciurk Badgerpoker this time, as the centerfielder displayed the best offensive perfomance in his league. Ciurk went 37 for 92 (.402), while hitting 7 HR and collecting 20 RBI. Ciurk is hitting .362 this year, with 102 hits in 282 at bats. He has driven in 56 runs, slugging .652. He's 2nd in the Mordor Conference in batting, 8th in homeruns and 8th in RBI!
