Zuthor Toviel quiets Old Forest bats with shutout
OLD FOREST - Old Forest's bats were sleeping, and Carrock's Zuthor Toviel gave them no chance to wake up. He gave up just 2 hits in recording his 2nd shutout of the season. Toviel (8-9) fanned 5 and walked 3, throwing 107 pitches. 'Things like that happen. You take the mound and everything works. My velocity was pretty good today and I guess it showed.' Ralin Rockbinder helped Toviel at the plate, he finished 3 for 5, hitting a homerun, scoring three times and driving in 3 runs. Carrock improved its record to 57-65, scoring 11 runs on 17 hits.
