Weathertop's Goldfist named Batter of the Month

The Shire Conference's best player of the month was Old Forest's Gollauman Gandilhil, who wins the award for the 2nd time in his career. He hit .363 with 29 RBI and slugged .598 in 102 at bats. His season features a batting average of .346 (167 hits in 483 AB), 28 doubles, 2 triples and 21 taters. Gandilhil collected 99 RBI and 68 runs as well. He's 2nd in the Shire Conference in batting and 5th in RBI! Hoisil Goldfist of Weathertop wins his 1st Batter of the Month award for putting up the best numbers in the Mordor Conference. He hit .379 with 21 RBI and slugged .660 in 103 at bats. His season features a batting average of .281 (132 hits in 470 AB), 25 doubles, 5 triples and 17 homeruns. Goldfist collected 62 RBI and 60 runs as well.
