Nosegobbler (BYW) and Stinkblossom (MM) win P.O.W. award

Neegar Nosegobbler wins his 3rd Player of the Week award. Shire Conference pitchers couldn't figure out how to retire this guy all week long. Neegar went 13 for 24 (.542), while hitting 3 HR and collecting 8 RBI. Nosegobbler has walked 70 times this year and posts a .399 OBP. While batting .313, 150 for 480, he has driven in 71 runs. The Player of the Week award in the Mordor Conference goes to Misty Mountain's Tanta Stinkblossom this time, as the pitcher displayed the best pitching perfomance in her league. Stinkblossom was overpowering all week long, going 2-0 with an ERA of 1.13. Along the way she struck out 15 in 16 innings. She hurled a shutout as well.
