Misty Mountain's Sruukor Mansmasher slams five hits
MISTY MOUNTAIN - 'You know, in batting practice I didn't really feel that comfortable about my stroke today, but baseball is more than hitting. Then, when you're not trying to force a hit, you slug them in droves,' says Sruukor Mansmasher after his 5 hit game on September 20, which Misty Mountain won 9-3 against Dunharrow. A pitch from Vorseen Timbor in the 2nd inning left his bat for a double. Number 3 in the 5th inning accounted for a double. A pitch from Arturo Leiva in the 8th inning left his bat for a solo homerun, landing 374 feet from home plate in right field. He collected singles in the 3rd inning (one RBI) and in the 8th (one RBI). Sruukor did drive in 3 while scoring 2 runs on his own. His 5 hit performance increases his batting average to .268.
