Kings win 5th Fellowship Series
NUMENOR - The Numenor Kings have made a habit out of the playoffs. Not only that, but their 6-game victory over the Minas Morgul Slayers marks the 5th time in 6 tries that they have won the Fellowship Series. In Game 1, Prilak Hammershaker tossed a shutout for the 5-0 win. In Game 2, it was Minas Morgul's turn to shut out the Kings with a 4-0 victory. Numenor won Game 3 when they came up with 6 runs in the 9th, including a 2-run homer by Thuus Serith and a 3-run shot by Thigol Thiama, to win the game, 10-8. Game 4 was a pitchers duel between Hammershaker and the Slayers' Elvawen. Numenor came out on top, 3-2. Minas Morgul hung tough with a 5-3 win in Game 5, but the Kings finally won the series with a 6-1 victory in Game 6.
