Fairies deal with Witch Kings

BUCKLEBURY - The movement of "older" talent continues, as the Fairies announced a trade with Weathertop that sends Issth "The Great Hope" Elilmalad and Ciro "The EXTREME" Landa to the Witch Kings in exchange for hot prospect, Boinar "Lucky" Clubwalker. Elilmalad, 28, has had a rocky career with the Fairies since joining the team in 2003. His career ERA is a lofty 4.98, but in 2007 and 2008 he won 16 games, first as a starter, then as a reliever. Last year in 55 games and 18 starts, he was 9-8 with a 4.11 ERA. Landa, 22, was Bucklebury's 1st draft choice in 2007. He has bounced between AA and AAA for the last 3 seasons. Clubwalker, 21, was Weathertop's 1st pick this season. He shows promise as an excellent hitter for the future.
