Gomli Forgedelver fires 2-hitter against Moria
MORIA - Great days are rare. But not for Lake Town's right-hander Gomli Forgedelver. Moria found out the hard way on May 14 that he is among the leagues top pitchers, getting just 2 hits. It's his 1st shutout this season, and the 2nd time he has done it in his career. 'I'll have to give a lot of credit to my catcher. He put all the right fingers down today.' Forgedelver (3-2) fanned 8 and walked 1, throwing 112 pitches. Fikak Daggerprodder helped Forgedelver at the plate, he finished with 1 hit in 4 AB, hitting a homerun. Lake Town improved its record to 30-11, scoring 4 runs on 7 hits.
