Gamialf (LT) and Cloudskin (LOT) win monthly pitcher award

Geadriel Gamialf pitched like a legend in May, and the Shire Conference named him Pitcher of the Month for his extraordinary performance. He had an ERA of just 2.43 in 40.2 innings of work in which he struck out 33 hitters. His record in May is 4-0. This season Gamialf compiled an ERA of 2.77, going 7-2 in 12 starts. He fanned 75 while giving up 68 hits in 81.1 innings. He's 4th in the Shire Conference in ERA and 1st in wins! The best month of May in the Mordor Conference certainly had Lothlorien's right-hander Gimli Cloudskin, earning him the Pitcher of the Month award. His ERA of just 0.96 helped him to a 5-0 record in May. He worked 46.2 innings, striking out 60 hitters while walking 5. Gimli pitched a shutout as well. Opposing players hit .188 against Gimli this season. While posting an ERA of 2.03 he went 7-1 in 12 starts, fanning 103 and walking 10 hitters. He has one complete game and one shutout. He's 2nd in the Mordor Conference in ERA and 2nd in wins!
