Gimli Cloudskin pitches his 2nd shutout of the season

RIVENDELL - Lothlorien's right-hander Gimli Cloudskin is a great pitcher. And on July 10 he once again showed his stuff, blanking Rivendell on just 2 hits. It's his 2nd shutout this season, and the 2nd time he has done it in his career. 'Wow, what a nice day. I guess I had a good breakfast today.' Cloudskin (12-4) struck out an astounding 13 and walked none, throwing 70 of 107 pitches for strikes. Hamson Muddyfoot provided Lothlorien with the offense Cloudskin needed as he finished with 1 hit in 3 AB, blasting a homerun. The final score of the game was 2-0.
