Sarkor Galuwyn ropes four hits, completes cycle
LOTHLORIEN - Sarkor Galuwyn led Lothlorien to a 17-1 win over Gondolin on July 18 by squeezing four hits out of his bat. That's not the best part, though. He hit for the cycle as well! A pitch from Paul Fite in the 3rd inning left his bat for a double. His 2nd hit was a RBI triple off Paul Fite in the 4th inning. A single in the 7th off Rocco Dwarftosser accounted for his 3rd hit. A 416 foot drive to center field marked his 4th hit, a two-run homerun off Grimag the Insane in the 8th inning. That drive completed the cycle, causing a smile on his face! Sarkor did drive in 5 while scoring 5 runs on his own. He now has a total of 71 hits this season, accounting for a .284 batting average. He becomes the 23rd player in league history collect at least a single, double, triple and a homerun in a single game. On 8/9/2009, Eond Elruborn was the last player to hit for the cycle.
