Eärämbor (BUC) and the Sling (ROH) win P.O.W. award
Bucklebury's second baseman Flordor Eärämbor had some reason to celebrate, as the league named her the Shire Conference Player of the Week. Flordor went 13 for 23 (.565), while hitting 2 HR and collecting 12 RBI. She got at least one hit each game this week and is on a 7 game hitting streak right now. The Player of the Week award in the Mordor Conference goes to Rohan's Mathilda the Sling this time, as the pitcher displayed the best pitching perfomance in her league. She was in a zone all week, compiling an ERA of 0.00 while going 2-0. In 6 starts this year Mathilda struck out 36 batters in 39 innings of work. Her ERA is 1.15, his record 5-0. She's 1st in the Mordor Conference in ERA and 1st in wins!
