Dagorlad's Saphirecryer out for 5 weeks

DAGORLAD - When it rains, it pours. Dagorlad's lefty Parin Saphirecryer will not pitch for at least 5 weeks, handing the team a huge setback. He suffered a serious injury in a game against Grey Havens on August 18 where he left the field in the 8th inning. Torn Tricep Muscle was the diagnosis after x-rays were taken in a nearby hospital. The message shocked teammates and team officials. In 26 starts this year Parin struck out 167 batters in 189.1 innings of work. His ERA is 2.42, his record 14-5. Parin has pitched 2 shutouts and 3 complete games. He's 4th in the Mordor Conference in ERA and 4th in wins!
