New Gondolin owner moves franchise to Minas Ithil
MINAS ITHIL - Wasting little time, the new owner of the Griffons uprooted the team and shipped every man, orc and bat boy off to Minas Ithil. Once there, Adunaphel unveiled the menacing black and white uniforms that would be the new trademark style of the Minas Ithil Wyrms. Fan reaction in Gondolin was muted, though several folk were seen stealing stadium seats and other pieces of Silmarillion Cellular Field as souvenirs. The Wyrms hope to coast through the rest of the 2011 season and come out strong for 2012.
