Archers clinch playoff berth

LAKE TOWN - For the 7th season in a row, the Lake Town Archers have won the Shire Conference Hobbit Division. The Archers will go into the playoffs as division winners for the 7th time, but they have not won the Fellowship Series since 2007. Team owner, DeBuG, hopes that they will turn things around, despite the losses they have suffered due to the injury of team leader, Thuralia Nilad, and star pitcher, Sancho Peatfingers.
