Grey Havens' Banks severely injured

GREY HAVENS - Grey Havens' season has taken a hit after one of their best players, rightfielder Anson Banks, injured himself while rounding a base on September 22. He is likely to miss 9 weeks. Grey Havens wasted no time and rushed him to an hospital. Team officials were informed later that Banks had suffered a Torn Hamstring Muscle. Anson has gone 156 for 527 (.296) this season, hitting 16 homeruns and driving in 82 runs. He has scored 87 runs on his own.
