Goriborn and Grailas receive Pitcher of the Month award for June

Gwelf Goriborn pitched like a legend in June, and the Shire Conference named him Pitcher of the Month for his extraordinary performance. He started 5 games in June, going 5-0 and compiling an ERA of 0.90 in 40 innings. Gwelf fanned 34 hitters. Gwelf has a record of 9-4 this season, with an ERA of 3.61. In 119.2 Innings he was able to strike out 97 batters. He's 5th in the Shire Conference in wins! The best month of June in the Mordor Conference certainly had Misty Mountain's southpaw Gwomer Grailas, earning him the Pitcher of the Month award. He went 4-1 in June and finished the month with an ERA of 2.15. He struck out 44 in 46 innings. Gwomer got two complete game shutouts as well! In 20 starts this year Gwomer struck out 118 batters in 144 innings of work. His ERA is 2.56, his record 10-7. He has 2 complete games and 2 shutouts. He's 3rd in the Mordor Conference in ERA and 2nd in wins!
