Lake Town's Elvadrielad wins Player of the Week award

The Shire Conference's best player of the week was Lake Town's Lumja Elvadrielad, who wins the award for the 1st time in his career. Lumja was on fire, hitting .524 with 4 HR and 7 RBI. Dagorlad's rightfielder Isembard Ploughman had some reason to celebrate as well, as the league named him the Mordor Conference Player of the Week. In 25 at bats he hit .520 with 5 HR and 12 RBI. He got at least one hit each game this week and is on a 9 game hitting streak right now.
