Issth Elilmalad blanks Bucklebury with a 2-hitter

BUCKLEBURY - Weathertop's left-hander Issth Elilmalad will never forget this day. The 30-year old recorded his first career shutout, a 2-hitter, against Bucklebury on July 19. 'They took some ugly cuts at my breaking stuff, so I kept throwing it. Fortunately they were not able to adjust in time.' Elilmalad (5-5) showed excellent control, walking nobody and fanning 4. Roran Shieldmover helped Elilmalad at the plate, he stroked 1 hit in 3 AB, hitting a homerun, with 2 RBI. Weathertop improved its record to 44-50, scoring 3 runs on 10 hits.
