July Pitcher of the Month award winners announced

The best month of July in the Shire Conference certainly had Mirkwood's right-hander Hallalonn Brilhirion, earning him the Pitcher of the Month award. He had an ERA of just 0.95 in 56.2 innings of work in which he struck out 47 hitters. His record in July is 4-0. His ERA of 1.19 helped him to a 16-3 record this year. He struck out 170 and walked 28 in 189.2 innings. Hallalonn has pitched 2 shutouts and 8 complete games. He's 1st in the Shire Conference in ERA and 1st in wins! Bugrin Spinner pitched like a legend in July, and the Mordor Conference named him Pitcher of the Month for his extraordinary performance. He went 3-2 in July and finished the month with an ERA of 1.18. He struck out 46 in 45.2 innings. Bugrin also fired a shutout. Opposing players hit .225 against Bugrin this season. While posting an ERA of 3.99 he went 9-11 in 24 starts, fanning 163 and walking 62 hitters. Bugrin has pitched one shutout and 2 complete games.
