Bucklebury's Peatfingers wins Player of the Week award

Samwise Peatfingers from Bucklebury wins his 5th Player of the Week award for putting up the best numbers this week in the Shire Conference. Samwise went 13 for 26 (.500), while hitting 3 HR and collecting 9 RBI. Peatfingers has walked 46 times this year and posts a .325 OBP. While batting .272, 157 for 577, he has driven in 93 runs. He's 10th in the Shire Conference in RBIs and 1st in homeruns! The Player of the Week award in the Mordor Conference goes to Dead Marshes' Eond Elruborn this time, as the leftfielder displayed the best offensive perfomance in his league. Eond pounded opposing pitchers, hitting .556 with 3 HR and 7 RBI while slugging 1.167.
