Ravenhill Bombshell: Sackville Retires!

RAVENHILL - In a stunning announcement, Ravenhill Darkwings star, Posco Sackville, told members of the press that he is quitting the team. Sackville, who is only 27, gave no reason for his decision to retire. However, sources close to the player's family say that the move from Rohan to Ravenhill did not sit well with the young star. He was also very saddened by the loss of his old GM, Jools, who moved to Moria. This sudden and shocking news has team owner, Papa Bear, scrambling for a replacement. However, MESN has learned that another shortstop may have already been found in the Ravenhill area, also leading to speculation that Sackville may be acting out of jealousy.

Posco has played 9 seasons with the team, compiling a .315 career batting average and winning a Legolas Fielder award at shortstop. He was named to the 2009 All-Star team.
