Gollailob goes to Dragons
WEATHERTOP - The Weathertop Witch Kings traded 33-year old right fielder Gorema Gollailob and 29-year old reliever Eric Smith to the Dol Guldur Dragons, getting 30-year old catcher Minya Hisiel and 20-year old minor league catcher Valerio of Waw in return.
Gollailob is one of the all-time great power hitters in the league. With 416 career HR, he is the only player other than Isilborn Imrilron to have 400+ homers. However, he has never been one to hit for average. His career batting mark is .231, and he has 1409 strikeouts. Still, he is a 3-time All-Star, and he has a Return of the King trophy on his mantle. So, the Dragons will be glad to have him. Meanwhile, Hisiel has been the on-again, off-again star for Dol Guldur with a .303 batting average last season raising his career mark to .257. Minya won the Mordor Legolas Fielder award at catcher in 2010 and 2011, as well.
