Mirkwood Hammers out New Extension with CF Gamwich

MIRKWOOD - Minto Gamwich and Mirkwood officials have reached an agreement keeping the 29-year-old center fielder around another 3 years. Though terms were not confirmed, insiders tell SION that Gamwich re-signed for $22,410,000 per year.

This season, Minto Gamwich is swinging the lumber at a .224 rate with 36 hits in 183 plate appearances. To date he has hit 10 home runs, scored 30 runs and driven in 29.
