Marauders Shut out Titans

MIRKWOOD - Legan Isauhir was stingy with runs in his latest outing against the Titans. He shut them out on 1 hits with 12 strikeouts and 3 walks. The Mirkwood manager said, "Legan was very aggressive tonight. He threw everything he had with a lot of confidence."

The losing manager had praise, too. "He was throwing strikes from his different pitches and mixing it up. Isauhir has a sneaky fastball, and he's got a good changeup or splitter, whatever that pitch is that was keeping our timing off."

In 2013 Isauhir has posted a record of 7 wins and 2 losses and a 2.11 ERA. He has appeared in 10 games and struck out 73 in 72.2 innings.
